Invictus Relocation Services Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Invictus Relocation Services (“we”, “our”, “us”), located in Lisbon, Portugal. By contracting our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services – Invictus Relocation Services Invictus Relocation Services offers comprehensive relocation solutions, including, but not limited to, packing, transportation, storage and unpacking services. The specific services provided will be described in the individual service agreement or contract.

2. Quotations and estimates – All quotations and estimates provided by Invictus Relocation Services are based on the information provided by the client.- Quotations are valid for a period of [30] days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.- Any additional services or changes requested by the client after acceptance of the quotation may result in additional charges.

3. Booking and payment – A deposit of [percentagem]% of the total amount quoted is required to guarantee your booking. – Full payment must be made [número] days before the start of the removal service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. – We accept payments by bank transfer, credit card and other specified methods.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling – Cancellations made [número] days or more before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of the deposit.- Cancellations made less than [número] days before the scheduled service date may incur a cancellation fee of up to [percentagem]% of the total amount budgeted.- Requests to reschedule services will be dealt with on the basis of availability and may incur additional costs.

5. Customer responsibilities – The customer must provide accurate and complete information about the objects to be moved.- The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packed and labeled, unless the packing services are provided by Invictus Relocation Services.- The customer must guarantee access to the premises for the purpose of providing the moving services.

6. Liability and Insurance – Invictus Relocation Services will exercise all reasonable care and diligence in the handling of your items.However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, accidents or theft.We offer basic liability coverage, but customers are encouraged to obtain additional insurance coverage for high-value or fragile items.

7. Storage services – Storage services are provided on a monthly basis and storage fees are due monthly in advance.- Customers must provide at least [número] days written notice to terminate storage services.- Invictus Relocation Services reserves the right to dispose of items left in storage for more than [número] days after the termination date without any liability.

8. Privacy and Data Protection – We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our services, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution – Any complaints or disputes regarding our services must be communicated in writing to coo@invictus-relo.com within 30 days of the date of service.- We will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints promptly and fairly.- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

10. Applicable law – These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

11.
